We are delighted to be informed that the Red Dinner held on the 28th February catered for by The Flavour Smith, raised
£58,000 for the exceptional work of The Prince's Trust. The dinner party auction prize donated by Tom Green on the night
went to the winning generous bidder for £2,000.

We are proud to announce 'A Night with The Flavour Smith' Pop Up restaurant, set in a secret medieval location in the heart of Bristol city centre. Guests will be treated to English fizz & canapes
on arrival followed by a 5 course dinner celebrating British seasonal produce. This will be a night to remember !

The Flavour Smith is very excited to be working with Circomedia as one of there recommended caterers for 2013. The contemporary circus company is based in the magical setting of St. Paul’s church and offers a very unique venue to its clients.

The Flavour Smith is proud to be confirmed as the Caterer for the annual Prince's Trust Red Dinner for 180 guests, held in late February at the prestigious Clifton College The Flavour Smith is also honoured to be supporting the Princes trust live auction on the night, donating a 5 course menu, private chef and front of house staff for up to 8 people at a venue of the auction winner’s choice.

The Flavour Smith creates a sumptuous 4 course Menu for the Princes Trust Black Tie Christmas Dinner. The donated auction prize of a Tom Green cooking a 5 course menu with service staff cooked in the venue of the prize winner’s choice raised over a staggering £2,500 to go to the trust.

The Flavour Smith is now using Bath Harvest Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Rapeseed Oil, harvested only 12 miles from The Flavour Smith HQ. This lovely British alternative to imported olive oils from abroad has a delightful nutty flavour, half the saturated fat and 10 times more Omega 3 than olive oil.
